Two families reached a settlement after months of complaining about roaches, bed bugs and other pests in their apartments. They claimed the problem had become so bad, they were forced to move out of their home. One family now has a $65,000 settlement with Morgan Properties Management and the other woman said she received a $55,000 settlement for a similar problem.
